
Day 1 | Beijing Your local guide will pick you up at the airport upon your arrival in Beijing and take you to your hotel. |
Day 2 | Beijing (B/L) In the morning, visit the Temple of Heaven, as it is the most peaceful time of the day and the best way to enjoy your visit. You might be surprised by the number of people there performing their morning exercises, from an elder person practicing Taiji Quan to the group learning the ancient martial art of sword-fighting. Next, you will go to Tiananmen Square, the world’s largest public square. You’ll see the grounds and discover the halls and monuments. From there, you will walk to the Forbidden City (also is the Palace Museum), the Chinese imperial palace for 500 years. In the afternoon, you will visit the Summer Palace, surrounded by one of Beijing’s finest and best-preserved parks. You’ll explore the grounds, the temples and the world’s longest art gallery. |
Day 3 | Beijing (B/L) In the morning, you will visit the Olympic stadiums (“Bird’s nest” and “Water cube” famous in Beijing Olympics 2008) from outside take some photo. And then, on the way driving, After that, you will go to and climb the Juyong Guan (or Juyong Pass) Great Wall. And next you will discover the Ming Tombs. |
Day 4 |
Beijing (B) In the morning, you will visit the BeiHai (Northern Sea) Park, an imperial garden to the northwest of the Forbidden City in Beijing. First built in the 10th century, it is amongst the largest of Chinese gardens. Next is Lama Temple (YongHe Temple or YongHe Lamasery), is the largest and best-preserved lamasery in Beijing. Then, you will visit Beijing’s traditional old streets, called “Shichahai Hutongs”, in a rickshaw and get a taste of the city life of old Beijing. You will stop to visit an ordinary Chinese home and then climb to the top of the old Drum Tower for a bird’s eye view of the area. After that you have 2 hours free time in Nan Luo Gu Xiang (Southern Gong and Drum Lane), is one of the Beijing`s oldest hutongs and has been one of Beijing’s 25 cultural and historical protection areas since 1990. Then you will transfer to the airport for your departure |
